Wholesale Only - We sell to businesses for resale or for production. Sorry, we do not sell directly to consumer. You must have a vendors license (resale certificate number issued by your state) or tax identification# for your business to order.
How to order - How to order - There is no minimum to order. The number after the dash(-) on the code item indicates how many is in a set. Sizes on an item is for the outside measurement( unless noted as inside measurement). If it's in a set the measurement is for the smallest and largest piece. Please note that all items are handmade so sizes may slightly vary, specially on our miniature baskets. If you want additional information; please contact us at 440-224-0013. Our hours are from 9:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m. (eastern) Monday through Friday and by appointment only on Saturdays.
New Accounts - We accept or money order.
Shipping - by default all orders are shipped via Fedex Ground from our warehouse in North Kingsville, OH. This is the cheapest specially for big items-- Please specify if otherwise (UPS, Postal Service, Fed-express or your own carrier) on the comment box when you are ready to submit your order. You must furnish us with your shipping account number if you choose your own carrier. We have a minimum shipping charge of $%%min_shipping%% or actual shipping charge published by UPS or Fedex Ground, which is based on the size and and the weight of the box. Drop Ship Accounts - Please note *** there will be an additional $2.75 handling fee for orders under $75.00.
Backorder - Items we are unable to ship on your order will not be backordered. We only ship backorders upon customer requests or approval.
Return Policy - Please notify our office within 10 days upon receipt of merchandise. Authorization must be requested for return or replacement. Put them back in its original packing carton and return it to BUHI IMPORTS - 3210 E. CENTER ST - PO BOX 420- NORTH KINGSVILLE, OH 44068 (credits are issued for the amount of mechandise only). You must notify the designated carrier for damaged merchandise. A 20% restocking fee will billed to customer on returns; unless the return is an error on the part of BUHI IMPORTS.
Security - We make every effort to make everything secure. When you are ready to check out before you enter all your credit card information (Secure Submit) this will be sent to our secure server. You can tell by the locked padlock symbol at the bottom of your browser. If you prefer not to enter your credit card information online, you can choose "call me for card# or by phone" on the method of payment on the payment information page, or you can call us and place your order at our toll free number @ 1-800-426-0276. Our order desk is always ready to help you if you have any questions and for our returning customers, as an added security - you can select card no. on file as payment method assuming you will be using the same credit card as before.
